How do you terminate your mobile subscription?

Indicate the precise date on which you want the subscription terminated. Sometimes there are costs to pay if you terminate your contract, such as for a mobile phone you received at a discount. To terminate your fixed products (TV, Internet or landline), click here.

The procedure for terminating your mobile subscription depends on your situation:

  • If you want to switch to another operator and wish to keep your number, please contact your new operator for this. You can continue to make calls with our SIM card until your new operator has completed the transfer.

  • If you want to switch to Pay&Go and keep your number, please contact our customer service or pop into a point of sale near you. The transfer will take place within 2 weeks. Until then you can simply continue to make calls with your current rate plan. As soon as the transfer has been completed, you can top up your calling credit on your Pay&Go card. Don't forget that during the first 24 hours you can only top up via a top-up card.

  • If you change employers, move abroad, etc.: For this, log in to the website of MyProximus as the administrator; this way you will be assisted more swiftly and efficiently.

    1. Terminate your subscription online and then click on the situation that applies to you: private or business customer.
    2. Log in to MyProximus (website) with your username or with itsme®.
    3. Check the data in the form and complete where necessary.
    4. Click Send.
    5. You will receive a confirmation message by e-mail and your subscription will be terminated within a few days.
