Activate the Call Connect Web Portal

If Call Connect is installed and ready to use you can activate the Web Portal, which allows you to manage all functions and applications.

  1. Go to the Call Connect Web Portal and click Reset password.
  2. In the Username field, fill in your username, which you will find in the e-mail from the Call Connect team.
  3. In the User type field, select End user in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. You will receive an e-mail with a temporary link to reset your password.
  6. Click the link and log in with a username and password of your choice. The password must have at least 8 characters including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 digit.
  7. Click Confirm.

Your Call Connect Web Portal is now activated. From now on you can log in with your username and the password you have chosen.
