Use the Call Connect app on your mobile
Don't have the app yet? Install the Call Connect app.
Follow the steps below to use or configure the main features in the Call Connect app on your Android or iOS phone.
Android
Make or answer calls

- Tap on
to answer the first call in the standard app of Android.
- Tap on
to toggle between applications and tap on the Call Connect app. The Call Connect app will take over the call.
- Answer the second call via the Call Connect app.
- To toggle between the two calls, tap on Swap.
- Tap on

- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
to dial a number.
- Type *11 and tap on
.

To start a group convensation, the option Call Control must be activated:
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap
and choose Call Settings.
- Tap BroadWorks Anywhere.
- Tap on your mobile number.
- Checkmark the option Call Control.
To then start the group call:
- Tap
to call a first contact or on
to dial a first internal or external number. Don't see your contacts? Tap on Directory and choose Local Address Book.
- Choose a contact or enter a number and tap on
.
- While on the line with the first correspondent, tap
to switch between applications and tap the Call Connect app.
- Tap
to call a second contact or on
to dial a second internal or external number.
- Tap on
. Your first call will now be put on hold.
- While on the line with the second correspondent, tap
to switch between applications and tap the Call Connect app.
- Tap Merge calls.
You are now on the line with both correspondents.

- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
to go through your call history. To filter your history by missed calls, click Missed.
- Tap on the missed call and then on
to call back your contact.
Forward or hold during a call

- While on a call, press Transfer.
- Tap on
to choose a contact or on
to dial an internal or external number. Don't see your contacts? Tap on Directory and choose Local Address Book.
- You can first call the person to whom you wish to transfer the call or forward the call directly by tapping on Transfer to. If you have called the person first, tap on Transfer to forward the call.

- Tap on Hold while you are on a call.
- Tap on Hold to continue with the call.
Forward or refuse calls automatically

You can forward all your calls automatically to a number or only forward calls if there is no answer or the line is busy.
Forward calls without your mobile ringing
This call forwarding always has priority over other types of call forwarding. You can activate this call forwarding either via the app or a short-code.
Via the app:
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
and choose Call Settings.
- Tap on Always forward.
- Enter the telephone number to where you want your calls to be forwarded.
- Checkmark Enable and tap on OK. To deactivate the call forwarding later, uncheck Enable.
Via a short code:
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
to dial a number.
- Type *21*telephone number#, replacing the telephone number with the number to where you want your calls forwarded, and press
. To deactivate the call forwarding later, key in #21# , without any telephone number.
- You will receive a call to confirm that the call forwarding has been activated or deactivated.
Forward calls on No Answer
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
to dial a number.
- Type *61*telephone number#, replacing the telephone number with the number to where you want your calls forwarded, and press
. To deactivate the call forwarding later, key in #61# , without any telephone number.
- You will receive a call to confirm that the call forwarding has been activated or deactivated.
Forward calls on Busy
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
to dial a number.
- Type *67*telephone number#, replacing the telephone number with the number to where you want your calls forwarded, and press
. To deactivate the call forwarding later, key in #67# , without any telephone number.
- You will receive a call to confirm that the call forwarding has been activated or deactivated.

If you do not wish to receive any calls, you can activate "Do Not Disturb". The caller will hear a busy tone or the call will be forwarded to your voicemail depending on your settings.
- Open the Call Connect app.
- Tap on
and choose Call Settings.
- Tap on Do Not Disturb.
- Checkmark Enable and tap on OK. To deactivate Do Not Disturb, uncheck Enable.
