Check whether you have a connection point or one or more telephone sockets.
Do you have a connection point and one or more telephone sockets? If you want to connect up to 2 fixed telephone sets or 2 base stations (for cordless phones) with a cable, always choose the connection point to avoid problems with your indoor cabling.
Do you have an alarm system? In that case, you'll need to plug your telephone sets into a telephone socket and not into the connection point.

If your connection point is not yet installed, view the manual in French or in Dutch
to help you install the connection point.
- If you have a VDSL2 splitter, check that the two switches on the back of the VDSL2 splitter are in the "ON" and "KE" position. Do not unplug the cable that may be connected to the VDSL2 splitter.
- If you have a VDSL2 splitter, plug it into the connection point to prevent interruptions.
- Slide open one of the two clips (
) on the connection point and plug your telephone cable into it.
Your telephone set is now connected.

Please note: If you also have a connection point, you can only plug your telephone sets into other telephone sockets if our technician has connected the indoor cabling to the connection point. In case of problems, always test your phone on the connection point.
- Plug the telephone adapter into the telephone socket.
Don't have a telephone adapter? Then it's very simple. If you have an ADSL splitter, first plug that in and then plug your telephone set into the ADSL splitter. You don't have to do anything else.
- Is your modem connected here? Plug the VDSL2 splitter into the telephone adapter to prevent interruptions. Do not unplug the cable that may be connected to the VDSL2 splitter.
- Plug the telephone cable into one of the TEL ports of the telephone adapter.
Your telephone set is now connected.
