How do you adjust your limit for mobile payments?

You pay on a regular basis with your mobile or tablet (car park ticket, apps, music, etc.)? You can adapt your purchasing limit according to your usage. How to proceed, depends on your situation.

You have only mobile numbers or a Pay&Go card?

Provided that you are customer account administrator you can raise or lower the limit for your own number and all mobile numbers connected to your account. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view your products.

    View your products
  2. Click your mobile number.
  3. On the Mobiles page in the Services section, select Proximus M-Pay using the + sign.
  4. Click Configure. The page containing your M-Pay settings will open.
  5. Under "Monthly maximum amount of your Proximus M-Pay purchases", click Modify.
  6. The first time, the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus M-Pay will appear. Read and accept them.
  7. Under "Maximum monthly amount of your Proximus M-Pay purchases" choose your personal monthly purchasing limit. If you don’t want to make any more mobile payments in the future, checkmark the option "Modify service: deactivate Proximus M-Pay".
  8. Click Set to confirm.

You can change this limit again at any time.

You have also a fixed line, internet or TV?

By default the possibility to pay by mobile is activited, with a standard limit of 100 euro. You can deactivate or re-activate this setting, by calling us on 0800 55 800.
