- Via the app? In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
Via the website? Click the button below and log in.
Change the sending method
- Select Internet banking (Zoomit) and fill in the bank account number to which your bills or payment statements should be directed.
- Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive via Zoomit and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
- Then open your Internet banking and, in the Zoomit section, enter the e-mail address on which you want Zoomit to notify you of each new document.
