- Via the app: In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
Via the website: Click the button below and log in.
Change the sending method
- The green checkmark indicates how you currently receive your bill or payment statement.
- Click on By e-mail.
- Are you a private customer? Your e-mail address is already filled in. Would you rather that your bill or payment statement be sent to another e-mail address?
Are you a business customer? Fill in the e-mail address you want to use.
- Would you also like a notification by text message (not obligatory)? In that case, select your mobile number from the list or fill it in. Don't need a text message? Checkmark "No text message notification needed".
- Click on Confirm your selection.
If you opt for "by e-mail", you are not obliged to pay by direct debit.
