- Via the app? In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
Via the website? Click the button below and log in.
Change the sending method
- Are you a private customer? Your e-mail address is already filled in. Would you rather that your bill or payment statement be sent to another e-mail address?
Are you a business customer? Fill in the e-mail address you want to use.
- Would you also like a notification by text message (not obligatory)? In that case, fill in your mobile number.
- Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive by e-mail and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
- Open the e-mail "Your subscription to Proximus' My electronic bill" which we sent you. Only then will the change be complete.
