Your bill or payment statement to another e-mail?
You can opt to receive your bill or payment statement at the e-mail address of your choice.
Are you a residential customer?
Change your MyProximus username into the e-mail address of your choice; your bill or payment statement can only be sent to that e-mail address.
You can change this in MyProximus. Proceed as follows:
- Via the app: You see in the left corner the logo ? Log in
first with your credentials.
Tap on your picture or your initials, then on your name and on Edit your profile .
Via the website: Click the button below and log in.
Change your e-mail address Opens a new window - Enter the e-mail address of your choice. This will become your MyProximus username.
- Click on Save changes.
- Click on the link in the e-mail Confirm your MyProximus login, which we sent to this new e-mail address.
- Log in to MyProximus again with your new user name (= your new e-mail address).
Set up your e-mail address Opens a new window - You arrive on the Bill page. Follow the steps to receive your bill or payment statement this new e-mail address.
As soon as you confirm, you will receive your bill or payment statement at your new e-mail address.
However, if we are already in the process of drawing up your next bill or payment statement, it will be sent to the old e-mail address one last time.
Are you a business customer?
Choose in MyProximus (via the app or via the website) the e-mail address of your choice. Proceed as follows:
- Via the app: You see in the left corner the logo ? Log in
first with your credentials.
Tap on your picture or your initials, then on your name and on Edit your profile .
Via the website: Click the button below and log in.
Choose an e-mail address Opens a new window - Fill in the e-mail address of your choice.
After your confirmation, your next bill will be sent to this new e-mail address.
However, if we are already in the process of drawing up your next bill, it will be sent to the old e-mail address one last time.
