A copy or a duplicate of your bill?

Have you lost your bill or payment statement? You can find a copy or ask for a duplicate. How to go about this will depend on how you normally receive the document:

  • Do you receive your bill or payment statement digitally?

    Do you normally receive your bill or payment statement as a PDF document, sent by SMS, by e-mail or via Zoomit? In that case, you'll always find the original (= the legally valid digital version) of the bill or payment statement in MyProximus. You can print it out or store it digitally.   • Do you receive your bill or payment statement on paper?

    Do you normally receive your bill or payment statement through the post? In that case, there are 2 possibilities, depending on what you need:

    • Do you need a copy? In MyProximus you can find a digital copy (with the mention Information written diagonally). See how to look for a copy in MyProximus.

    • Do you need a duplicate, i.e. a legally valid copy (without the mention Information written diagonally), for instance for your accounting? In that case, ask for a  duplicate to be sent by post. See how to request a duplicate.

Look for a copy in MyProximus

You can look for and download a digital version of your bill or payment statement via MyProximus. Follow the procedure for consulting your bills or payment statements and you'll have your document in no time. Are you looking for an older document than those in the list? Want to,  however, know e.g. who you called and when? In that case, you can consult your usage via MyProximus (only via the website).

Request a duplicate

You can request a legally valid duplicate of your bill or payment statement. For this, please contact us by chat or by telephone. It may take up to 10 working days for the document to be sent.
