Order Studio 100 GO Pass from your TV screen or order it online via the app:
- Via the TV menu
- Press . Go down to Shop > Activer une option (in French) or Activeer een optie (in Dutch). Select the option Studio 100 GO.
- Enter your purchasing PIN code (1234 per default unless you have changed your PIN codes for Proximus TV).
- Click Confirmer (or Bevestigen). You see a screen confirming that the option has been activated.
- Via MyProximus
- Log in to MyProximus to manage your products and services.
View your products
- You see the products linked to your customer account: Internet, TV, etc.
- Do you have Proximus TV? Click on the Proximus TV icon. All the options will appear. In the box Kids, click Available. Select the Studio 100 GO Pass option and click Order. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the option has been activated.
- Do you only have a mobile subscription? Click on your mobile number. In the Options box, click Available. Select the Studio 100 GO Pass option and click Order. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the option has been activated.
- Via the Studio 100 GO Pass app
- Launch the app. A screen explains how you can order.
- Click on the link in the order screen. You are redirected to MyProximus.
- Select the Studio 100 GO Pass option. Validate.
Now you have ordered, what happens?
- Just after your order, you can access Studio 100 GO Pass on your TV screen.
- After max. 24 h, you can access the Studio 100 GO Pass application too.
