How much Pay&Go credit do you have left?

Want to know how much credit you have left on your top-up card?  You can check the number of call minutes, text messages and data or call up the amount. You can do so free of charge in various ways.

Is your top-up card not in your mobile but in another device?
Insert this SIM card in a mobile phone on a one-off basis to create a seperate MyProximus account. You can then check your credit via MyProximus, including in the app, by adding said account in the app.

How many call minutes, text messages and data?

  • Use MyProximus to see how many minutes, text messages and data you have left in your bundle or top-up bonus:
    • Via de app: open the app, tap on Usage and then on your number.
    • Via de website: log in with the account of the Pay&Go number and see how many call minutes, text messages and data you still have left.

  • Dial #120# with your Pay&Go mobile and press the Call key.

How many euro?

  • View your credit via MyProximus:
    • Via de app: open the app and tap on Usage.
    • Via de website: log in with the account of the Pay&Go number and view your credit.

  • Dial #121# with your Pay&Go mobile and press the Call key.
  • Call 1911 toll-free with your Pay&Go mobile (only within Belgium).

What can you do with this amount? Consult the rates for your type of top-up card. If you don't know what rate plan you have, tap #122# and press the Call key.
