You can watch Proximus TV via the app or website in Belgium and the European Union if you have localization enabled on your iOS, Android or Windows device or if you are wi-fi connected. Note that in the European Union, roaming charges have disappeared.
The channel order on your mobile, tablet and computer is the same as on your home TV set. If you want to change that order, you will have to do so via your TV set.

Watch live TV via the application
- Open the Proximus TV application on your mobile phone or tablet. If you haven’t got the app yet, you will first need to download it.
- The first time, you will need to log in using your MyProximus login and password. Warning: you must use the login and password of the MyProximus account manager. If you haven’t got one yet, you will first need to create a MyProximus account.
- To watch live TV:
- In Now on TV you will find the current programmes on the first channels of your decoder.
- In Channel list you will find all available channels, current programmes and their status.

- Surf to the website proximustv.be.
Attention, your computer must meet a few system requirements. For example, you cannot watch Proximus TV via Google Chrome, and the Microsoft Silverlight 4 plug-in (or higher) must be installed on your computer.
- The first time, you will need to log in using your MyProximus login and password. Warning: you must use the login and password of the MyProximus account manager. If you haven’t got one yet, you will first need to create a MyProximus account.
- To watch live TV:
- Select Menu > Film & TV > Live TV and then click
to re-open the channel last viewed.
- Select Menu > Film & TV > Programme TV (or Tv-gids), select a channel marked with
and then select a program. Next, click Watch or Watch in HD.
- To zap, simply press a channel in the list at the right of the screen.
