Does your SIM card no longer work?

Does your SIM card no longer work? Perhaps it is damaged or faulty. You can check this yourself.

  • Switch off your mobile or tablet and check to make sure your SIM card is inserted correctly in your device. After that, switch your device back on.
  • If your SIM card still doesn't work, test the card in another device, if possible.
  • Does the SIM card still not work? In that case we will replace it free of charge in one of our points-of-sale. You will of course keep your telephone number. You will be able to use your new SIM card on that same day, regardless of whether you exchange a SIM card, micro-SIM card, nano-SIM card or data SIM card.
