How to check whether your Pay&Go card has been identified?

By law, all prepaid cards must be identified. If you don't identify your card, you'll no longer be able to call, text and surf.

Not sure whether your card has already been identified? You can easily check this via MyProximus:

  1. Log in to MyProximus to check if your Pay&Go card has been identified.

    Check the status of your card
  2. You will now see whether or not your Pay&Go card has been identified, and by whom.
    Has your card not been identified yet? In that case, follow these steps to identify it.
