Change your password, login or mobile number for MyProximus

There are two ways of logging in to MyProximus: either with your user name (login) and password, or with your mobile number.
Keep these access data up to date. This way, in case you have forgotten your password or login, we can send you your user name and/or the key for a new password.

Change your password
  1. Log in to MyProximus to change your password.

  2. You'll arrive on the My Account page. Scroll to Change your password.
  3. Enter your old password.
  4. Choose a new one. It should contain at least 8 characters, including at least 4 letters and at least 1 numeral.
  5. Press Save changes. You’ll be able to use your new password immediately.
Change your user name (login)
  1. Log in to MyProximus to change your password.

  2. You'll arrive on the My Account page. Scroll to Change your credentials.
  3. Enter your new user name. This must be an e-mail address.
    Do you receive a message that this e-mail address is already in use? In that case you can request a new password to use MyProximus with this e-mail address and then store your products in it.
  4. Press Save changes.
  5. An e-mail will be sent to this e-mail address with a link for confirmation. Click this link.
  6. You’ll now be able to log in with your new user name and existing password.
Change your mobile number

Your mobile number is important for logging in to MyProximus:

  • If you want to log in with your mobile number, we’ll send a code to this number.
  • If you want to log in with your user name and you have forgotten your password, we’ll send a new password to this number.

Make sure your mobile number is up to date:

  1. Log in to MyProximus to change your password.

  2. You'll arrive on the My Account page. Scroll to Change your credentials.
  3. Enter the mobile number you want to use to log in to MyProximus.
    If you also manage the already completed mobile number in MyProximus, it’s not possible to make a change.
  4. Click Use your number as login and click Continue.
    Do you get an error message? In that case, you're already using the mobile number for another MyProximus account. Enter another mobile number.
  5. Enter the SMS code and click Continue.
  6. Press Save changes. You’ll now be able to log in with this new mobile number.
