How do you log in to MyProximus?

You have a MyProximus account and want to keep track of your usage and payments. You'll need to log in for this: you can do so with itsme, with your user name, or with your mobile number. Find out how via the website or the app.


Logging in to the MyProximus website


 

There are three ways of logging in to the MyProximus website:

  • With itsme, the digital identification app (not available for Windows Phone).
  • With your mobile number and an SMS code.
  • With your user name (usually your e-mail address) and your password.

Logging in with itsme

Have you registered with itsme and signed up with MyProximus? In that case, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to MyProximus, preferably using your computer or tablet:
    * either via the MyProximus welcome page 
    * or via the Proximus website: on the top right, click on your name or the My Proximus logo.
  2. Click on Log in with itsme. An itsme page will open.
  3. Enter your mobile number and click on Send.
  4. Open the itsme app on your mobile and follow the instructions.
  5. You’ll then be logged in to MyProximus on your computer or tablet. The first time you log in, MyProximus may ask you to enter your user name and password. After that, you will see an overview of your usage, products, etc.

If you want to order paying options or to exchange points for a gift, you have to be the administrator of an account.
If you don't use the MyProximus page for 30 minutes or you close your browser, you'll be logged out from MyProximus for security reasons.

  • itsme doesn't recognize your mobile number?
    First register for itsme with the mobile number of your SIM card. More information can be found on the support pages of itsme.be.
  • Have you forgotten your itsme code or changed your mobile or your SIM card?
    Block your account via the itsme.be website. Next, open the app and register again. More information can be found on the support pages of itsme.be.
  • Your itsme is blocked or you get an error message on the itsme app?
    Consult the support pages of itsme.be
  •  Do you get an error message on MyProximus?
    Perhaps you don’t have a MyProximus account. Register first.
    You have a MyProximus account but still get an error message? It could be that Proximus is temporarily experiencing a technical problem. Please try again later.
Logging in with your mobile number

Have you already signed up with MyProximus? In that case, keep your mobile at hand and proceed as follows:

  1. Go to MyProximus, preferably using your computer or tablet:
    * either via the MyProximus welcome page 
    * or via the Proximus website: on the top right, click on your name or the My Proximus logo.
  2. Enter your Proximus mobile number. This is made up of 10 numerals and starts with O4. Click Next.
  3. If you get a security question with photos, click the appropriate photos.
    If you don't get a security question with photos, go to step 3 of "Logging in with your user name and password".
  4. Within a few seconds you'll receive a text message containing a code of 8 numerals. You don't receive a code? Did you enter your mobile number correctly? Go back to step 2 and enter the correct number.
  5. Enter this code and click Continue. Code incorrectly entered? Try again from step 2.
  6. You are now logged in to MyProximus: you will see an overview of your usage, products, etc.

If you want to order paying options or to exchange points for a gift, you have to be the administrator of an account.

  • You’d rather not log in with the SMS code?
    Leave the field with the SMS code open and click Continue. You can then log in with your user name and password.
  • Is your access blocked?
    After 3 unsuccessful attempts (with your mobile number, user name, or a combination of the two) you have to wait 15 minutes. You can still log in with itsme or wait 15 minutes.
  •  Do you get an error message on MyProximus?
    It could be that Proximus is temporarily experiencing a technical problem. Please try again later.

Logging in with your user name and password

Have you already signed up with MyProximus? In that case, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to MyProximus
    * either via the MyProximus welcome page 
    * or via the Proximus website: on the top right, click on your name or the My Proximus logo.
  2. Enter your user name. This is usually your e-mail address. If you have a pack or fixed line and have already signed up with MyProximus, you can find your user name on your bill or payment statement. Click Next.
  3. Enter your password. This is made up of at least 8 characters. Please note that the data you enter is case-sensitive. Click on Sign in.
  4. You are now logged in to MyProximus: you will see an overview of your usage, products, etc.

    After 3 unsuccessful attempts (with your user name, mobile number, or a combination of the two) you have to wait 15 minutes. Log in with itsme or wait 15 minutes.
  • Do you get another error message?
    It could be that Proximus is temporarily experiencing a technical problem. Please try again later.

If you want, you can change your user name.


Logging in to the MyProximus app


 

If you open the MyProximus app, you will automatically see the usage, products, and options of your mobile number. You may be asked to log in or you might want to log in to add an account.

There are two ways of logging in to the MyProximus app:

  • With itsme, the digital identification app (not available for Windows Phone).
  • With your user name (usually your e-mail address) and your password.

  1. Open the MyProximus app on your tablet or smartphone. If you are asked to log in, go to step 3.
  2. If you want to log in, tap your name on the top left and then Add account.
  3. Enter your user name. This is usually your e-mail address. If you have a pack or fixed line and have already signed up with MyProximus, you can find your user name on your bill or payment statement. Click Next.
  4. Enter your password. This is made up of at least 8 characters. Please note that the data you enter is case-sensitive. Click on Sign in.
  5. You're now fully logged in to the MyProximus app.

    Request your user name.
  • Have you forgotten your password?
    Choose a new password.
  • Is your account blocked?
    If you've entered a wrong password 3 times, your access will be blocked for 15 minutes for security reasons.
  • Do you get another error message?
    It could be that Proximus is temporarily experiencing a technical problem. Please try again later.

If you want, you can change your user name.
