View all your products in MyProximus

You have a MyProximus account, but can't view all your products (anymore)? Via the MyProximus website, add all your subscriptions and related bills or payment statements to your existing MyProximus account. This way, you benefit from all the services (e.g. Public Wi-Fi) and can also view all your products in the MyProximus app.

It is not possible to add a Pay&Go number. This is also the case if you have several bills per month with a different customer number.
In both cases, create as seperate MyProximus account.

How do you add your Internet, TV or fixed line?

  1. Log in to MyProximus. First, find out if you are the administrator of your account. If necessary, follow the procedure for becoming an administrator.
  2. Click My Products. Still can't view your Internet, TV, or landline products?
  3. Click My Overview, scroll down and then click Manage my fixed products and bills. We will check whether these products belong to the same customer account.
    If This option is reserved for customers with a pack or landline products appears, it concerns a different customer account. In that case, you will have to create a separate MyProximus account for these products.
  4. Enter your customer number for the products you want to add.
  5. Log in to MyProximus again by entering your username and password. Within one hour, you will see all your products in My Products and can manage all your services.

How do you add your mobile or tablet?

  1. Log in to MyProximus. First, find out if you are the administrator of your account. If necessary, follow the procedure for becoming an administrator.
  2. Click My Products. Still don’t see all your mobiles or tablets?
  3. Click My Overview, scroll down and click Link your mobile numbers to MyProximus and then click Continue.
    We will check whether these products belong to the same customer account.
    If This option is reserved for Proximus Mobile customers appears, it concerns a different customer account. In that case, you will have to create a separate MyProximus account for these products.
  4. Enter the mobile number and verification code.
    NB: If your mobile or tablet can’t receive text messages, select the I can’t receive text messages link and provide the PUK code of the SIM card. Go to step 6.
  5. Fill in the activation code you just received by text message and click Continue.
  6. Log in to MyProximus again by entering your username and password. Within 1 hour, you will see all your products in My Products and can manage all your services.
