LEDs on your Mobile Coverage Extender

The Mobile Coverage Extender has only one indicator light, while the Mobile Coverage Extender Pro has 3 lights. Select your device:

Your Mobile Coverage Extender has only one indicator light. Depending on the situation, it will be green, red or switched off.

The light is green

  • Light flashes slowly: you are using the network of the Mobile Coverage Extender to call and surf.
  • Light flashes quickly: the Mobile Coverage Extender is being set up and activated. If this takes more than 15 minutes, contact our customer service.
  • Light stays on: the Mobile Coverage Extender is activated and ready for use.

The light is red

  • Light flashes once and then pauses: the modem and Mobile Coverage Extender are not connected. Consult the installation guide of the Mobile Coverage Extender.
  • Light flashes twice and then pauses: there is no Internet connection. Reboot your modem and check the cabling.
  • Light flashes three times and then pauses: there is interference with another device. Place your Mobile Coverage Extender somewhere else.
  • Light flashes four times and then pauses: your device is overheated. Move your device to a place with better ventilation.
  • Light stays on: there is too much interference, place your Mobile Coverage Extender somewhere else. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.

The light is switched off

  • Light is out: the Mobile Coverage Extender is not active.

Your Mobile Coverage Extender Pro has three indicator lights. Depending on the model, it will have these three lights:

Mobile Coverage Extender Pro Power, Status and Service
Mobile Coverage Extender Pro Power, Ethernet and Status
