Home Control/Home View service termination

On 31 January 2018, the Home Control/Home View service will be deactivated. The billing stopped on 1 November 2017.

What will happen to your current equipment?

It will not function they way it currently does: you will no longer have access to your camera via the web and/or your application. You will no longer be alerted by text message if movement is detected. We cannot guarantee that your equipment can be used with other services..

How do you replace Home Control/Home View?

We offer you discount vouchers to acquire equipment at a reduced price from the company Chacon, until 31 January 2018. Please consult the documents sent to you by post.
The Chacon equipment has different functionalities to Home Control/Home View. For more information about the Chacon equipment and its installation, consult the site

For more information about the termination of the Home Control/Home View service, please call us on 0800 33 800 (private customers) or 0800 33 500 (self-employed and small companies).
