Problem with your fiber modem?

You have been connected to the fiber network? Your (black or white) fiber modem is installed by a Proximus technician between your connection point and your b-box modem.

If there is a problem, check our Need Help booklet in French (.pdf) or Dutch (.pdf), restart your devices and check the fiber modem LEDs:

Power LED: the LED is green if your fiber modem is plugged into a 220 Volt power outlet. If the LED is off, check the modem fiber is plugged in and the Power button is on.

Optical LED (or Link, depending the fiber modem): the LED is green if the connection with the optical fiber is good. If the LED is red, contact us.

LAN LED (or Auth, depending the fiber modem): the LED is green if your fiber modem is configured. If the LED is off, contact us
