There are several ways to terminate your Internet, TV and fixed line subscription:
- Via Easy Switch :
- Contact your new operator.
- Provide your Easy Switch identifier and customer number to your new operator. Your Easy Switch identifier and your customer number are on your bill or on MyProximus.
- Your new operator will get in touch with you to terminate your products.
- Online: Cancel your subscription online.
- By phone: Contact our helpdesk.
- By mail: Proximus - boulevard du Roi Albert II, 27, B-1030 Bruxelles.
