Reset your decoder/TV Box
Having a problem with your television or decoder? We suggest:
- Reboot your modem and decoder,
- If you use a PLC or Wi-Fi Bridge, also check that the indicator lights of your PLC , Wi-Fi Booster or Wi-Fi Bridge are not red.
If no other solution is possible, we suggest that you reset your decoder. Reset your decoder will have no effect on your recordings.
Android TV decoder

- Switch off the decoder by pressing the switch on the back of the device.
- Switch the decoder back on while holding down the button Pair
on the front of the device.
- Press until the screen displays Erasing.
- Release the Pair button
on the front of the decoder.
The remote control doesn't work. What to do?Take your Proximus remote control. Keep the OK button and the number "0" pressed together for a few seconds until the Proximus button flashes several times.
V6 decoder

- Press the Reset button located on the back of your decoder using a pointed object such as a toothpick, the tip of a pen or a paper clip.
- Release the Reset button when the update screen appears on your TV or after 15 seconds.
- Wait for about 30 minutes. Your decoder will be completely reset.
The remote control doesn't work. What to do?
You must turn off the radio frequencies and reconfigure.
V5 compact decoder

- Press the On/Off switch located on the back of your decoder to turn it off.
- Press the Reset button located on the back of your decoder using a pointed object such as a toothpick, the tip of a pen or a paper clip.

- While pressing the Reset button, press the On/Off switch again to put it in the I position.
- Release the Reset button when the update screen appears on your TV or after 15 seconds.
- Wait for about 30 minutes. Your decoder will be completely reset.
The remote control doesn't work. What to do?
You must turn off the radio frequencies and reconfigure.
V5 decoder

- Press the On/Off switch located on the back of your decoder to put it in the 0 position. Wait 4 seconds.
- Simultaneously keep the ^ and TV buttons on the front of your decoder pressed down.
- Press the On/Off switch again on the back of your decoder while keeping the ^ and tv buttons on the front of your decoder pressed down.
- Keep pressing the ^ and tv buttons pressed down until Waking UP + appears on the decoder screen. You can then release the buttons.
- If the message Hello DRA/Start DRA appears, this means the reset is proceeding correctly. If not, restart the reset procedure again.
- Wait for about 30 minutes. Your decoder will be completely reset.
V4 decoder

If you have a V4 decoder, restart your devices if you haven't already done so. We do not recommend resetting this decoder. Refer to our tips in case of TV problems.
