Can you still redeem your points for a gift?

It is not possible anymore to redeem points. Please check Enjoy!.

When will your gift be delivered?
  • Call minutes: these will be available 48 hours after your order.
  • TV on demand: your credits to rent a movie will become available 15 minutes after your order: in your TV menu, select "On demand", choose a movie and you'll see how many credits you have.
  • Pay&Go top-ups and vouchers for shops, photo prints or tickets: you will receive an e-mail with the voucher or code 15 minutes after your order.
  • Donation to a good cause: the chosen organization will receive your donation immediately.

There are two ways of checking the status of your order. This is possible up to 3 months after the order date:

  • Look in the MyProximus app:
    1. Open the app, tap on More and then on Premium Club or Bizz Club.
    2. Are you Premium Club? Tap on Consult my order status.
      Are you Bizz Club? Tap on My recent orders.
    3. You will immediately see the state of progress of your order.
  • Look on the MyProximus website:
    1. Log in to MyProximus to view the status of your order.

    2. You will arrive on the My Premium Club or My Bizz Club page and immediately see the state of progress of your order.

If your order is not delivered on time, please contact us or call us on 1910 (with your mobile) or on 078 151910 (with  your land line).

Have you lost or not received your voucher?

There are three ways of finding your voucher or code, up to three months after the order date:

  • Look in the e-mail we sent you.
  • Look in the MyProximus app:
    1. Open the app, tap on More and then on Premium Club or Bizz Club.
    2. Are you Premium Club? Tap on Consult my order status.
      Are you Bizz Club? Tap on My recent orders.
    3. You will see your code or voucher, up to three months after the order date.
  • Look on the MyProximus website:
    1. Log in to MyProximus to view the status of your order.
      Check your voucher
    2. You will arrive on the My Premium Club or My Bizz Club page.
    3. You will see your code or voucher, up to three months after the order date.
(Re)print the voucher or code. You can use it only once.
How long is a voucher or code valid for? Will my gift expire after 30/11/2019?

Your gift, voucher or code will remain valid after 30/11/19. Once you have redeemed your points, the following validity periods apply:

  • Call minutes are valid for 12 months; top-ups remain valid for 3 months; additional data remains valid for 1 month.
  • A credit for TV on demand will remain valid until you rent a movie (rental period of 48 hours).
  • Vouchers for shops, photo prints or tickets remain valid for up to 3 months after receipt. For Proximus vouchers, the validity period is 6 months.
