Activate or deactivate an option

Order an option  (Daily Travel Pass, Extra data package, TV package, football, children's channel, Netflix, etc.) via MyProximus or your TV (for TV options).
Change or cancel them only via MyProximus.


Activate


 
Ajouter une option dans MyProximus Commandez une option (Daily Travel Pass, volume de données supplémentaire, bouquet TV, foot, chaîne enfant, Netflix, etc.)  via MyProximus.
  1. Open the MyProximus app. You don't have the app yet? Download the MyProximus app.
  2. Tap Products.
  3. Select your product (TV, mobile, etc.).
  4. Tap on the Options tab.
  5. Select the option you want activate.
  6. Confirm your choice.
  7.  Your option is now activated. Is it a TV option ? You’ll be able to watch your new TV program in a few hours.
Activate Netflix on your TV

After activating Netflix in MyProximus, you must also activate it on your TV menu.

You can activate all the options via MyProximus.

  1. Log in to MyProximus to manage your products and services.
    View your products
  2. Click on your product (TV, mobile, etc.). All the options will appear.
  3. Click on the option you want to activateMyProximus option selector. In the case of TV options, if you see a Bonus TV icon , a discount is applied if it is the 1st option activated.
  4. Confirm your choice.
  5.  Your option is now activated. Is it a TV option ? You’ll be able to watch your new TV program in a few hours. 
Activate Netflix on your TV

After activating Netflix in MyProximus, you must also activate it on your TV menu.

You can activate TV options (Movies&Series, Netflix, Family, All Sports, etc.) via your TV menu.

  1. Surf to www.proximus.be/pickx
  2. Select Se connecter/Inloggen top right. Enter the user name and password of the MyProximus account manager (usually the person who pays the bills).
  3. Press Abonnements/Abonnementen,  in the menu at the top of the screen. Navigate through the catalogue and make your choice.
  4. Press Faites votre choix/Maak je keuze ou Testez pour un mois/Test een mand, depending the options.
  5. Press Confirmer/Bevestigen.

  3. Enter your PIN code . The default PIN code is 1234, unless you have changed it

  1. Press la touche menu. Go down to Shop > Activer une option (in French) or Activeer een optie (in Dutch).
  2. Select the option of your choice.
  3. Select Activer cet abonnement (in French) or Activeer deze optie (in Dutch).
  4. Enter your control PIN code (this is 1234 by default, but you can change your PIN codes for Proximus TV whenever you want).

  1. Press la touche on demand. Go to Mon compte (in French) or Mijn account (in Dutch) > Abonnement > Shopping.
  2. Select the option of your choice.
  3. Select Commander (in French) or Bestellen (in Dutch).
  4. Enter your control PIN code (this is 1234 by default, but you can change your PIN codes for Proximus TV whenever you want).

Change or deactivate


 

You can deactivate your options via MyProximus or via MyProximus app. 

  1. Open the MyProximus app. You don't have the app yet? Download the MyProximus app.
  2. Tap Products.
  3. Select your product (TV, mobile, etc.).
  4. Tap on the Options tab.
  5. Scroll down and tap the option you want deactivate.
  6. Confirm your choice.
  7. Your option will be deactivated in a few hours. Is it a TV option ? You’ll be able to choose another. You’ll be able to watch your new TV program in a few hours.

    View your products
  2. Click on your product (TV, mobile, etc.). All the options will appear. If you see a Bonus icona discount is applied.
  3. Click on the option you wish to deactivate.
  4. Confirm your choice.
  5. Your option will be deactivated in a few hours.

Problem with activation?


 
You have wanted to activate a TV option and you have received an SMS indicating that the order is temporarily impossible. Why? You probably already have an order in progress: a mobile phone, a Wi-Fi Booster, an additional decoder, etc.

To check this, go to MyProximus or the MyProximus app in More > My orders. As soon as the order is delivered, you will be able to activate your option again. You don't have any orders in progress? Please contact us.
