Change your subscription or Pay&Go card

Do you already have a subscription or Pay&Go card? In that case you can easily switch to another rate plan free of charge. Consult the rates of your current rate plan. Do you have a Pay&Go card and you don't know your rate plan? Type #122# and press the call button.

  • Do you want to switch to a Pay&Go card?
    • If you already have a Pay&Go card, you can call the toll-free number 1911. You are allowed to change up to three times per year; as from the fourth time, you will pay € 6,20 per change.
    • If you have a subscription, you can contact our customer service to transfer to a Pay&Go card. Is your mobile number part of a Pack? In that case, please visit one of our shops.
    • You can consult your current Pay&Go tariff plan and rates by entering your mobile number on the reload page and scrolling down afterwards. No worries, reloading is not necessary to consult your rates.
  • Do you want to switch to a subscription?
    Administrator or user in MyProximus?

    In MyProximus, only one member of the family (the "administrator") can manage all the subscriptions (Internet, mobile, TV, landline, etc.) with the same customer number. The rest (the "users") only see their own usage. Are you an administrator or user in MyProximus?

    • If you have a Pay&Go card, you can choose and order a subscription. If you still have calling credit left on your Pay&Go card, this will be automatically deducted from your first bill.

    Do you have a subscription linked to a device?

    Did you choose a mobile phone when you took out a subscription? Usually, you can change your rate plan afterwards, but you can't change your DataPhone option.
