Consult your bills, payment statements and payments

Want to know how much you need to pay? Want to check how much that international phone call cost? Want to see whether your payment has been received? All this can be done digitally!

What do you want to consult?

Do you need all the usage details of a bill or payment statement? For this, go to MyProximus via the website for a detailed overview.
Do you only need to check your balance? Or view your bill or payment statement in PDF format? For this, go to MyProximus via the app or the website or click on the link in the text message or e-mail concerned.

A few examples:

  • Want to view your current bill and/or outstanding balance? Go to MyProximus via the app or the web or click in the e-mail or text message.
  • Want to check when you called a given international number and how much exactly that costs? Go to MyProximus via the website. This is also possible for checking your usage of the month underway.
  • Want to check whether your payment has been received? Go to MyProximus via the app or the web.

How can you consult this?

There are three ways to consult this.


 

Via the MyProximus app

View your outstanding balance, payments and bills or payment statements of the last twelve months in PDF format. For this you must logged in as the administrator of the customer account:

  1. Open the MyProximus app.
  2. Tap on Bills. If you don't see this, you will need to become the administrator of the customer account.
  3. You'll immediately see the amount(s) you still need to pay.
  4. If necessary, select your mobile number or the number of your fixed products to view the related bill or payment statement.
  5. Do you need to pay an amount? Tap on the outstanding amount to view your bill or payment statement in PDF format.
    Want to view a bill or payment statement you've already paid? Tap on History and select the month for which you want to view the document in PDF format.

You can either pay the outstanding balance immediately or opt for a direct debit. You can choose whether you wish to receive your bill or payment statement by e-mail, via Zoomit or on paper.

Do you want to see all your usage details, e.g. who you called, when you surfed the Net and how much it cost? In that case, refer to MyProximus via the website.


 

Via the MyProximus website

View your outstanding balance, payments, bills or payment statements of the last twelve months in PDF format and all usage details. For this you must be the administrator of the customer account.

  1. Log in to MyProximus to view your bills or payment statements.
    View your bills
  2. If you don’t see My Bills, you'll need to become the administrator of the customer account.
  3. You'll immediately see the amount(s) you still need to pay.
  4. If necessary, select your mobile number or the number of your fixed products to view the related bill.
  5. Do you need to pay an amount? At Ongoing, click on the PDF icon to view your bill or payment statement in PDF format or click on More details to consult all usage of that month in detail.
    Want to view a bill or payment statement you've already paid? At History, click on the PDF icon to view the document of the relevant month in PDF format or click on More details to consult all usage of that month in detail.

You can either pay the outstanding balance immediately or opt for a direct debit. You can choose whether you wish to receive your bill or payment statement by e-mail, via Zoomit or on paper.


 

By e-mail/text message

Watch out for suspicious e-mails and phishing.

Not sure whether the e-mail was sent by Proximus? Check whether the e-mail is suspect (phishing).

You've received an e-mail or text message from Proximus notifying you that your bill or payment statement is available. Use the link in the e-mail or text message to view your outstanding balance, payments, bills or payment statements of the last twelve months in PDF format. To see usage details, you will need to log in.

Read the steps to follow or check the video:

You will receive your Proximus bill or statement by e-mail Receive your bills and statements by e-mail, without necessarily connecting to MyProximus.
  1. Open the e-mail or text message that you received from Proximus notifying you of your bill or payment statement. Click on the link in the e-mail or tap on the link in the text message.
  2. A page will open in your browser with an overview of your documents. If you clicked on the text message link and the MyProximus app is installed on your mobile phone, you'll be asked to open the app. Go on to step 3 at Via the MyProximus app.
  3. You'll immediately see the amount you still have to pay.
  4. Do you need to pay an amount? At Ongoing, click on the PDF icon to view your bill or payment statement in PDF format.
    Want to view a bill or payment statement you've already paid? At History, click on the PDF icon to view the document of the relevant month in PDF format.
  5. Want to see all your usage details, e.g. who you called and when and how much that cost? In that case, in step 1, open the e-mail on a computer or tablet. In step 4, click on Log in for all details. Next, log in to MyProximus as the administrator of the customer account to consult all usage of that month in detail.

You can pay the outstanding balance immediately. If you are the administrator of the customer account, you can opt to pay by direct debit or choose to receive your bill or payment statement by e-mail, via Zoomit or on paper.
