Domain name fraud

If your domain name is hosted by us but another company contacts you and asks that you pay for the registration, this is an attempt to commit fraud. Do not reply and above all do not pay anything, since your domain name can only be renewed by us.

If you receive an e-mail, letter, or other message similar to the examples shown below, you can report this to the federal public service for Internet fraud.
