Change the ring time when your landline switches to PhoneMail too quickly
You can choose how long your landline should ring before the call is forwarded to your PhoneMail.
By default, the caller will be forwarded to your PhoneMail after 5 or 6 ring signals. However, you can extend, shorten or disable the ring time.
- How do you extend or shorten the ring time of your telephone?
Call 1987 toll-free. In the menu, select option 3 "Basic services" and then option 1, "Change the timer for call forwarding to PhoneMail». You can reduce the number of ring signals to two or three or increase the number of signals to six.
- How do you disable the ring time?
Forward your calls to PhoneMail immediately, without your phone ringing.
- Would you like to extend the ring time of your mobile instead of your fixed line?
Change the ring time when your mobile switches to voicemail too quickly.
