Mobile usage in MyProximus Enterprise

Access to your mobile usage

If you have not yet done so, subscribe to MyProximus Enterprise as Digital Access Owner or Delegate User. Then follow these steps:

1. Log in to MyProximus Enterprise.
   Log on to MyProximus Opens a new window
2. Click on Products.
3. Click on Real time mobile usage under Mobile products.
   

4. You will be taken to the overview screen of your company. At the top you will see the period for which you consult the usage that is not billed yet and the date and time when your usage was last updated.

You can now choose between Data, Voice, SMS and MMS.

Data

You will see 3 columns here: Mobile Internet, Mobile Intranet and Mobile Data Roaming.

Mobile Internet

Here you can see the mobile internet usage of all your mobile numbers:

1. Subscriptions with bundles: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100% of the mobile Internet bundle in Belgium and the EU.
2. Subscriptions with price p/MB: the number of mobile numbers without bundles for mobile data within their rate plan that have used less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more than €50 in Belgium. Without a bundle you pay a fixed price per MB.
3. One-off options: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 5, between 6 and 9 or more than 10 one-off options in Belgium and the EU.

Mobile Intranet

Here you can see the mobile intranet usage of all your mobile numbers:

1. Subscriptions with bundles: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100% of the mobile intranet bundle in Belgium and in the EU.
2. Subscriptions with price p/MB: the number of mobile numbers without a mobile intranet bundle within their rate plan that have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more than €50 in Belgium. Without bundle, you pay a fixed price per MB.

Mobile Data Roaming

Displayed here is the mobile data roaming of your mobile numbers:

1. Subscriptions with bundles: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100% of the mobile data roaming bundle.
2. Total roaming, invoiced p/MB: 
   • the number of mobile numbers without mobile data roaming bundle that have used less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more outside Belgium. Without a roaming bundle, you pay a fixed price per used MB per zone.

   • the number of mobile numbers with a mobile data roaming bundle that have used less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more than €50 outside their bundle in the EU, rest of the world, top destinations and exception zones.

     At the top, you can choose which international zone you want to filter on: EU, rest of the World (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) or total usage.

3. Subscriptions with Roaming daily options shows the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 5, between 6 and 9 or more than 10 Daily Travel options.

Voice

You will see 3 columns: Mobile voice, Mobile voice international and Mobile voice roaming.

Mobile voice

Here you can see the mobile voice usage of all your mobile numbers:

1. Subscriptions with bundles: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100% of the minutes included in their tariff plan in Belgium or the EU.
2. National voice usage without bundle (invoicing per Min): the number of mobile numbers without bundle for calls within their tariff plan which have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more in Belgium. Without a bundle, you pay a fixed price per minute.

Mobile voice international

The mobile voice usage from Belgium to other countries is shown here:

1. Subscriptions with bundles: the number of mobile numbers that have used less than 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100% of the bundle for international calls within their rate plan.
2. Total International, invoiced p/Min: 
   • the number of mobile numbers without bundle for international calls that have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more from Belgium to other countries. Without bundle for international calls, you pay a fixed price per minute per zone.
   • the number of mobile numbers with bundle for international calls that have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more outside their bundle.At the top you can choose on which zone you want to filter: EU, rest of the world (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) and total usage.

Mobile voice roaming

The mobile voice usage abroad is shown here:

2. Total roaming, invoiced p/Min: 
   • the number of mobile numbers without roaming bundle for calls that have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more outside Belgium. Without a roaming bundle for calls, you pay a fixed price per minute per zone.
   • the number of mobile numbers with a roaming bundle for calls  who have consumed less than €40, between €40 and €50 or more outside their bundle.At the top you can choose on which zone you want to filter: EU, rest of the world (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) and total usage.

Details of your usage

Once you have clicked on a group of mobile numbers, you will see the details at the bottom.

Choose which numbers you want to consult: all of them, under 80%, between 80% and 100% or more than 100%.

In the first example of the image: the number 0479 14 28 29 has used up 10240 MB of the 10240 MB included in the mobile Internet bundle of its Smart Enterprise Intense subscription, i.e. 100% of its mobile Internet bundle. Additionally, 1024 MB has also been used outside the bundle for a total cost of €51.2.

The details you will see depend on the group of numbers you have clicked:

• Mobile number: the mobile number in question. Click on the number to request additional options, barrings or another subscription.
• Name: if you have assigned an employee's name to the mobile number, it will appear here.
• Subscription: the rate plan of the mobile number.
• Option: the name of the option you have activated and the number of minutes, SMS or MB included in this option.
• MB consumed: the total data usage of this mobile number. If you consult the data usage of a bundle, you will also see the total of the bundle. E.g. if it says 250/500 MB, this means that 250 MB of the 500 MB available in the bundle have already been used.
• Min consumed:  the total number of minutes used for this mobile number.
• Min consumed/bundle: the number of minutes consumed compared to the bundle included in the rate plan for this mobile number.
• SMS consumed: the total number of SMS used for this mobile number.
• SMS consumed/bundle:  the number of SMS consumed compared to the bundle included in the rate plan for this mobile number.
• MMS consumed: the total number of minutes used for this mobile number.
• EUR consumed: the price of the total usage for this mobile number.
• % consumed: the total data usage of this mobile number versus the bundle included in the subscription, expressed in %.
• Invoiced p/Min: the number of billed minutes for this mobile number. For international or roaming destinations, you can view this per zone: EU, rest of the world (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) and total usage.
• Invoived p/SMS: the number of SMS billed for this mobile number. For international or roaming destinations, you can view this per zone: EU, rest of the world (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) and total usage.
• Invoiced p/EUR: the amount invoiced, expressed in €. For international or roaming destinations, you can view this per zone: EU, rest of the world (ROW), top destinations (TOP), exception zones (EZ) and total usage.
• Out of bundle in MB: the total usage outside bundle in MB.
• Out of bundle in Min: the total usage outside bundle in minutes.
• Out of bundle in EUR: the total costs of the usage outside bundle for this mobile number, expressed in €. Please note that the prices are exclusive of VAT and discounts.
• Data monitoring:
  • National usage: the data speed is reduced in case of bundles or cut off in case of usage billed per MB, when certain usage volumes are exceeded.
  • Roaming usage: the data usage is cut off when reaching € 50 data usage (outside bundle or usage billed per MB).
  • This is not applicable when the monitoring status is 'Off'.
• Instances: the number of bundles activated for this mobile number. This column is only available for 'One-off options' and 'Subscriptions with Roaming daily options'.
