How to change a MyProximus Enterprise role or access?

Are you a Digital Access Owner or Delegated Access Owner in MyProximus Enterprise? Then discover below how to change, remove or extend user access to companies you have access to.

Follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to manage a user:
    Log in and go to User management Opens a new window
  2. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.
    Didn't receive it? Check how to get a code via SMSOpens a new window .

  3. Search or select the user you want to edit. Can’t find the user? Then you cannot manage the user rights, contactOpens a new window your administrative contact.
  4. Click Change access rights.
  5. Adjust the role by selecting or deselecting it. You can give a user access to multiple companies you have access to. If you want to give access to other companies you do not have access to, you must complete the web form Opens a new window .
  6. Select the companies the user should have access to for these roles.
  7. Go to the next step to review your changes and click Confirm.

  4. Click the Manage tab and then the Delete button.
  5. Follow the status of your request via Ongoing requests.
  6. Your request disappears from the list once it has been processed.

  3. You are now on the User management homepage, click on Ongoing requests.
  4. You can now see the status of your request:
    • In progress: your request is being processed, this can take up to 30 minutes.
    • Request failed, follow your support ticket: if a system error occurs, a support ticket is automatically created. We will inform you by email when your request has been successfully processed.
  5. Your request disappears from the list once it has been processed.

Do you already have access to MyProximus Enterprise as a Delegated Access Owner or User? And do you want to become a Digital Access Owner yourself?
Then you can submit a request via a web form.

What do you need?

Follow the instructions below:

  2. Complete your request.
  3. Submit the form. Proximus will then process your request.

The Digital Access Owner is the main administrator of your company’s MyProximus Enterprise account. That is why some features of User management are not available for this role.
Do you want to change something in the Digital Access Owner role? Your Proximus contact will assist you.

Contact them directlyOpens a new window to perform one of the following actions:

  1. Change the companies you have access to as a Digital Access Owner.
  2. Change the Digital Access Owner role to another role (*).
  3. Remove the MyProximus Enterprise access as a Digital Access Owner (*).

(*) To ensure continuity of your company’s MyProximus Enterprise account, someone else in your company must be able to take over the Digital Access Owner role in situations 2 and 3.

The Digital Access Owner is the main administrator of your company’s MyProximus Enterprise account. That is why some features of User management are not available for this role.

Do you want to add a company to your access?

  • Are you a Digital Access Owner?
    You cannot do this yourself in MyProximus Enterprise. Please contact your Proximus contact directlyOpens a new window . They will help you add a company to your access as a Digital Access Owner.
  • Are you not a Digital Access Owner?
    Then a Digital Access Owner or Delegated Access Owner needs to change your access rights via User Management.
