To register your organization and obtain access to MyProximus ICT, you will need to indicate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC). This SPOC is the legal point of contact for your organization's MyProximus ICT platform. He or she will manage the platform access requests. Want to designate several SPOCs in your organization? No problem, they will in that case have the same responsibilities.
Do you need technical assistance? You can easily request support via MyProximus Enterprise and track the status of your request online.
