Receive an email when a mobile number has used more than 80% (orange status) or more than 100% (red status) of the included bundle.
Set the notification as follows:

1. Log in to MyProximus Enterprise.

2. In certain cases, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.

3. Click on Products.
4. Click on Mobile usage of your employees.
5. Click on Configure your notifications.
6. Select all or check the type of usage for which you want to receive an e-mail notifications. This selection applies to all companies you have access to.
7. Enter the e-mail address where the notifications will be sent. You can add up to 5 more e-mail addresses.
8. Click Save.

Have you received an email notification?

• The e-mail contains the company name and number as mentioned in the top right next to your credentials in MyProximus Enterprise. This allows you to easily find the impacted users.
• The e-mail notifies you that 1 or more mobile numbers have almost reached or already exceeded their limit during the past 24 hours.
• The e-mail allows you to make changes for the impacted mobile numbers via the Real-time mobile usage.
