Problem with your devices

We do not offer any support on the proper functioning of your line as long as you use your own equipment. However, here are a few steps you can take to verify the source of your problem.

  • First, restart your own modem.
  • If the problem persists, replace your modem with one supplied by us. If the problem is solved, this means that the problem is with your equipment. You should contact the manufacturer of your modem.

However, if the problem persists, leave the Proximus equipment connected and contact our customer service department so that the technical problem can be investigated.
