Click on your name in the top right corner, then tap Paramètres or Instellingen. Enter your code (default: 1234).

You can:

• Change the PIN code: Press Modifier or Wijzigen. If you adapt the PIN code on one device, it is automatically adapted on all your devices: TV, Pickx app and proximus.be/pickx website.
• Enable or disable parental control: Press the selector near parental control.
• Select the age of the parental control: Press the age beyond which you want to block content.
• Hide titles for hidden programmes: Press the selector near Cacher les titres or Verberg de titels

If the parental control is changed at www.pickx.be it will be updated automatically on the TV Box and TV app.

If you forget your PIN codes, call 0800 99 696 with your customer number nearby ( where can you find your customer number?Opens a new window ). We will reconfigure the default PIN code (1234) remotely.
