Register as Delegate User
You can easily register for MyProximus Enterprise.
What do you need?
- An email address (preferably your professional email).
- A mobile phone number (for verification only).
- Your customer number (found on your business invoice).
Follow these steps:
- Visit our registration page, choose MyProximus Enterprise (*), and follow the steps of the registration process.

Don't forget to check and confirm the terms and conditions. - You will be registered after the Digital Access Owner approves your access.
Does your company not yet have a Digital Access Owner? You can choose to become a Digital Access Owner yourself or postpone the registration as a Delegate User if you're not sure. - Is your access approved? Log in to MyProximus Enterprise with your personal username and password.
(*) As a Delegate User, you can use MyProximus Enterprise only via the website. In the meantime, you can still use the app to manage your personal subscriptions.
