Check the cabling

Connection diagram: the Internet Box is connected to the fiber modem via an Ethernet cable.

Look at the back of your Internet Box: a ethernet cable should be plugged into the red WAN port.

Check that it's firmly inserted and that the other end is plugged into a wall socket or fiber modem.
