Check the power cable of the b-box/Internet Box

  1. Please make sure that the power cable is plugged in on both sides (socket side and b-box or Internet Box side).

    b-box 3/3V+

    Internet Box

  2. Then try to start the b-box or Internet Box again.
    • On the b-box 3/3V+, the Power LED must be on.
    • On the Internet Box, the Broadband/Internet LED must be on.
