You will first need to create a Cloud account via MyProximus. After that you can install the cloud app on your mobile, tablet or computer.

1. Log in to MyProximus to view your products.

2. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Create a new account.

You will receive confirmation by e-mail as soon as your account has been activated. Your MyProximus login and password are used to connect to Cloud.
