eCalculator is a Web-based tool that helps users (Proximus employees and customers) calculate the cost of leased lines for a given distance.
The type of leased line is "Digital". (Please note that for the present, eCalculator handles only the "National" category.)
The procedure employed for estimating the price of a national leased line ("Digital") is fairly simple. Valid addresses for the start and end points of a leased line specified by the user are converted into coordinates, which are in turn used by eCalculator to calculate the cost.
The user is required only to accurately provide the information requested in each of the screens.
The "Help" button in each screen provides detailed instructions for that screen.
