Questions about the Proximus+ app

Install the application for free on your smartphone or tablet. As we are still working on optimising the user experience and adding new features before going live to the big public, you can currently only download the app in a closed beta version. This means that you will not be able to find the app in the regular app store but will have to follow the instructions below to download.

Download the beta test app for IOS:

  1. Open this link on your mobile phone
  2. Click on 'View in the App Store' and 'Download the TestFlight app'
  3. Once installed, open the TestFlight app and click 'Continue'
  4. Give permission to be notified when there is a new update of the app
  5. TestFlight opens and shows you the Proximus+ app
  6. Click on 'Install' and open the app.

Download the beta test app for Android:

  1. Open this link on your mobile phone
  2. Click on "Become a Tester"
  3. Click on 'Download the app from Google Play Store'
  4. Install the beta version of the app.

Log you on Proximus+ with the itsme® app. The app is required to be able to download Proximus+.

Don't have it yet? You can download it in the Google Play Store/App Store.

  1. Go to the Proximus+ app
  2. Click on "Sign in with itsme®" and itsme® will open on your mobile phone and follow the instructions
  3. You'll then be signed in to Proximus+ and automatically sent back to the app
