Start with the MyProximus-app
  1. Download the MyProximus application from your smartphone or tablet on Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Click the MyProximus icon on your device to open the application.
  3. You don't need a login or password: our network will identify your device and phone number! (Exception: not for Wi-Fi only tablets)

  • Is the app free of charge?
    The download is, but the data usage will be added to your data consumption as you are connecting to the internet.
  • Consultation via Wi-Fi
    It is possible, but make sure you connect to a 3G/4G network at least one time each month in order to continue to get your information.
  • My usage
    As the update of the information can take up until 24 hours, it’s possible you don’t see the latest status.
  • Before traveling abroad, you need to be identified via the 3G/4G connection using the app. This way you’ll be sure to have access for the next 30 days, via Wi-Fi.
  • Via the app, you can check the roaming tariffs that are applied in your country of destination and activate an option to surf cheaper if needed. (My products - Abroad)
  • You can also limit your data usage to max. €60 (My products - Abroad – Activate my surf limit).

  • How do you create a MyProximus account?
    Register online to MyProximus. To create your account, you need your mobile phone number or your billing data.
  • How do you use MyProximus?
    Surf to the MyProximus website or download and install the MyProximus app on your mobile phone or tablet. This allows you to manage your usage, products and data anywhere and at any time.
  • Have you forgotten your login or password?
    Have you forgotten the password for your MyProximus account? Or do you want to change it? You can set a new password using your e-mail address or telephone number.
  • Do you have problems accessing MyProximus?
    Do you have problems creating your account? Are you unable to log in? Or are you unable to access an application in MyProximus? We have listed all possible solutions for you.

Choose for an electronic bill or payment statement


The e-bill can make a real change in the protection of our environment, but that’s not the only advantage of e-bill:

  • Less paperwork: all your bills or payment statements are always available via MyProximus and they stay accessible for at least 1 year
  • Get an overview of paid and unpaid ones, in a glance
  • You’ll receive an e-mail on monthly basis, with a link to the overview of your bills or payment statements.

You forgot a bill or payment statement? No need to panic: payment reminders are still sent on paper.

From now on, you won’t receive the PDF document in your inbox anymore. We send you a direct link to the overview of your bills / payment statements. No need to login in MyProximus!

The MyProximus advantages

Choose your billing method, these are the options:

  • By e-mail: MyProximus sends you an e-mail with the link to your overview of bills / payment statements. 
  • E-mail + text message: you’ll receive the e-mail and also a text message.
  • In your PC Banking via Zoomit: activate Zoomit and receive and pay your bill or payment statement immediately in your web banking. You also receive an e-mail from Zoomit for each new one. Zoomit is also available for business customers.
