  1. Once you have ordered online your Mobilus FullControl subscription you can start the product configuration.
  2. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. You will only need to provide your customer account number. If you have a prepaid subscription you will have to provide the SIM card number.

I have a mobile subscription but would like to switch to Mobilus FullControl

Once you have ordered your Mobilus FullControl subscription, log in to MyProximus. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.

Good to know: you can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

I have a reload card and would like to opt for a Mobilus subscription

Stay connected during the transfer

We transfer your number free of charge. You just need to indicate you want to keep your number when you place your order, we will take care of the rest. It doesn’t matter if you have a mobile phone number from Proximus or another operator. You can continue to call while we take care of the transfer.

If it isn't, it's very easy to configure your mobile using our online tool in the "Support" section.



Prices include VAT. Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Calls and texts: in Belgium to all fixed and mobile networks in Belgium and while travelling in the EU*, for calls and texts to all fixed and mobile network in the EU*. Except to premium numbers (voting, 0900, etc…). Unlimited usage for personal use only in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The data included is valid in the EU*. Rates, if you top up your card: €0.30/min, €0.12/text and €0.50/MB. Unused minutes, texts or MB are not carried over to the next month.

Favorite app: use of 1 app of your choice in the EU* (you can change app once per month) from a list of popular apps selected by Proximus. Proximus reserves the right to change the offer, taking account of a notice period of two months.

*You won't pay any roaming charges in: Åland Islands (Finland), Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe (French Antilles), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique (French Antilles), Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino (French Antilles), Saint-Barthélemy (French Antilles), Saint Martin (French Antilles), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom + Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

Promo conditions for the smartphone offer

Prices include VAT, Auvibel charge and €0.05 recycling charge.

Offer valid from 02/10/2017 to 12/11/2017 for all new subscriptions to a DataPhone option of €5, €10 or €20 (depending on the device) and a Mobilus or Mobilus FullControl subscription of your choice (as from €15.99) for 24 months. Offer valid for new customers and existing customers who already have a mobile subscription.

A phone for customers who have not yet subscribed to another Proximus service, max. 3 phones if they have subscribed to 1 other Proximus service (at least 4 bills duly paid over the last 6 months)

Offer valid while stocks last. Once the stock is used up, it will not be replenished. Offer cannot be combined with other Proximus promotions.

The mobile phone must be paid for with a bank card. Customers subscribing to a combined Proximus offer must pay all their Proximus subscriptions by direct debit. If the bank refuses the direct debit order, Proximus is entitled to demand that the payments be made by bank transfer and bill the customer for any "chargeback" fees based on the applicable rates.
