and use the Easy Switch procedure?

We’ll gladly take care of your transfer for you and welcome you to Proximus.
But, first things first, does Easy Switch apply?

These are the conditions :

  • You have at least fixed Internet or TV at the same address. If you have chosen a product that usually is reserved for professional customers, Easy Switch does not apply.
  • You want to change operators for Internet and/or TV. If you have both products, we’ll automatically apply Easy Switch for both. If you only want a partial transfer, you need to explicitly request us not to use the Easy Switch procedure.

What do you need?

Your current operator provides an Easy Switch ID for every Internet (/TV), per installation address. Check your invoice and personal space (My Telenet, myVOO, Espace client or My Orange, …).

Together with your customer number, this Easy Switch ID is the key that allows Proximus to take care of your transfer. 

Keep them both at hand when ordering online, in a Proximus Center or by phone. Enjoy a swift transfer, you don’t need to do more!

Easy Switch for your landline and your mobile numbers?

Yes. Via the Easy Switch procedure, you can request in our shops or via phone, the permanent deletion of your landline number and / or mobile numbers provided that you transfer Internet and/or TV and that you are eligible. You can also transfer your numbers to Proximus on top of the Easy Switch procedure . You can keep your fixed numbers, as long as you stay in the same zone.

What happens to your options?

If you have options with your former operator (for example, a subscription to watch Belgian football), they will normally be desactivated at the same time as your Internet / TV services. You must therefore order them from Proximus if you wish to continue to benefit from them.

You still have your old modem and decoder, or open bills?

Easy Switch does not change anything for the modems and decoders; You will probably need to return them to your old operator. Easy Switch does not exempt you from paying any sums due to your former operator such as invoices still open (and justified) as well as any cancellation fees that may be claimed in case of early termination of the contract, including the recovery of the residual value of the terminal equipment.

You're a Proximus customer and moving, can you benefit from Easy Switch?

No. If you move and do not change operators, the Easy Switch procedure does not apply.

Please indicate this clearly to Proximus and send a letter of termination to your current operator.
