    Disney+ is a streaming service offering fans of all ages a new way to experience the unparalleled content from the company’s iconic entertainment brands, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, as well as exclusive original programming including feature-length films, series, documentaries, and short-form content made exclusively for the service. With Disney+, users will access high-quality and commercial-free viewing, up to four concurrent streams, unlimited downloads on up to ten devices and a personalized viewing experience with up to 7 profiles per account. Moreover, Disney+ is accessible on most internet-connected devices (smartphone, PC, tablet, compatible smart TV, game console) and directly via the new Proximus Android TV decoder or Apple TV.

    Disney+ is included for 12 months in the All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option.

    Activation and active period

    1. Subscribe to All Stars/All Stars & Sports via Proximus.
    2. Within 24 to 48 hours after signing up you will receive an email /or SMS with your personal activation link and all the  needed information that will enable you to create your Disney+ account.
    3. You will also have to fill in your bank details (creditcard or PayPal), but you will not be charged during the first 12 months.
    4. Once you have completed all the steps, you can log in and start watching Disney+.

    Already an All Stars/All Stars & Sports customer? You will automatically receive your email or SMS with your personal activation link and all the needed information that will enable you to create your Disney+ account.

    Disney+ is included in All Stars/All Stars & Sports for 12 months. After 12 months, you will continue to enjoy Disney+ and you will be billed directly by Disney+ at the then applicable standard price.

    You will be invoiced by Disney+ on a monthly basis at the then applicable standard monthly price. You can manage or cancel at any time your subscription at Disney+New window.

    No, Disney+ is only available in the All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option at Proximus.

    The offer is available to new Disney+ subscribers only. It is not compatible with an existing Disney+ account.

    How to watch?

    Disney+ is accessible on most internet-connected devices:

    • on a smartphone, tablet, supported Smart TV or game console: via the Disney+ app available on Google Play, App Store and Apple TV. Click here for more infoNew window.
    • via the Proximus Android TV decoder, in the "recommended apps" section.
      If you want to exchange your current decoder for the Android TV decoder*, you can:
      • If you already have an All Stars or All Stars & Sports TV option: follow the instructions on channel 58 of your television
      • If you don’t have an All Stars or All Stars & Sports TV option yet: please contact us
        *As long as stocks lasts
    • via the Disney+ website.

    No, you can also watch Disney+ on other devices, like your smartphone, tablet or compatible Smart TV. Our new Android TV Decoder allows downloading apps from the Google Play Store, such as Disney+ and Netflix.

    After creating your Disney+ account via the activation mail, you can log in on the Disney+ app via your Android TV Decoder and access the service from the home page of Proximus Pickx.

    Payment

    Yes:

    • As a Flex customer, choose All Stars/All Stars & Sports as TV option and get a €0.99/month discount on the All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option.
    • As a Tuttimus/Familus/Minimus customer, choose All Stars/All Stars & Sports as TV option and get a €2/month discount on the All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option.

    During 12 months, you get Disney+ in the All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option, billed by Proximus.

    After this period of 12 months, you will continue to enjoy Disney+ and you will be billed for this service directly by Disney+ on a monthly basis at the then standard price.

    The All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV options give you a 12-month access to Disney+, but you must of course create a Disney+ account. Banking information is a mandatory step in the creation of the Disney+ account. At the end of the 12 months, you will be invoiced by Disney+ on a monthly basis at the then standard price of the Disney+ subscription.

    During the creation of your Disney+ account, you have to add payment details that will be used after the first 12 months. Disney+ might ask for a payment of €1 for verification reasons, but will be refunded shortly after creating your account.

    Cancellation

    The All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option includes access of maximum 12 months to Disney+, only with your active All Stars/All Stars & Sports subscription.

    After 12 months, the account will be billed by Disney+ at the then applicable market price (currently € 6.99/month) unless you opt out of the Disney+ service, which is possible at any time.

    If you unsubscribe to All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option and subscribe again afterwards, you will not be able to create a new Disney+ account as part of your All Stars/All Stars & Sports TV option.
