An exclusive VIP service for a fixed monthly fee of € 100 (including VAT) and an one off registration fee of €500 (incl. VAT).

Good service is a top priority at Privilège. That's why you'll be assigned a personal contact person who will follow up all your questions or incidents, from A to Z! Just one phone call to your Privilège contact person and everything will be taken care of for you. Your contact person will be in charge of your file day after day and is your single point of contact.

We are at the ready for you: 24/7

This is not an empty promise, we will answer your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and start sorting things out straight away. Our technical team is always at the ready and can be with you within 2 hours, anywhere in Belgium.

Quick follow-up of your questions

Privilège does not only guarantee your questions are dealt with quickly, but we also follow up each step. You will receive regular feedback and, afterwards, quality controls will be conducted in order to guarantee an optimal result.
We will also conduct a proactive check-up of your installation, subscriptions and tariff plans, twice a year. This way you will benefit from all your Proximus services in an optimal way.

Proximus organises, or is present at, various events, from sports to culture. Based on your personal preferences, you, as a Privilège member, will be invited to one of these events. You will be received as a Privilège guest, our way of thanking you for the confidence you put in the Proximus group.
