How to register for MyProximus

No matter how big your company or organization is, MyProximus enables you to manage all of your landlines, mobile phone fleet and ICT applications. It also allows you to analyze and optimize your usage and bills. We also provide online assistance there with all your questions.

There are two ways to register for MyProximus:

  • with full access and as the person with final responsibility = Digital Access Owner
  • with access to certain parts = Delegate User

Digital Access Owner

Register for MyProximus as a Digital Access Owner: you will then obtain a complete overview on the MyProximus website(*):

  • You can view all information and use all applications there. You can order, purchase, manage bills, make changes, etc. online.
  • You can designate Delegate Users and give them access to parts of MyProximus.
  • You are the official and contractual point of contact for the MyProximus account of your company(ies) or organization(s).
  • You bear final responsibility for all actions of your Delegate Users on MyProximus and are liable for them.
  • There can only be one Digital Access Owner per company or organisation.

Register as Digital Access Owner

(*) As Digital Access Owner you can access MyProximus via the website but not yet via the app. But meanwhile you can use the app to manage your private subscriptions.

Keep your customer number at hand as well as the company's e-mail address you want to use for MyProximus. Don't forget to checkmark and confirm the conditions. Over the following days you will then receive various e-mails asking you to complete your registration with your personal username and password.
If you already had an account in MyProximus, please register again, but now as a Digital Access Owner.

Did you manage to register successfully? Log in to MyProximus. We advise you to consult this via the browser of your computer or tablet. The MyProximus app does not work with applications of large companies.

Delegate User

Register for MyProximus as a Delegate User: you will obtain access to certain parts of the MyProximus website (*):

  • You can view certain information or use certain applications there. For instance, you can place orders, manage bills or make changes to products online.
  • There must first be a Digital Access Owner before you can register as a Delegate User. The Digital Access Owner decides to which parts you get access.
  • There can be several Delegate Users.

(*) As Delegate User you can access MyProximus via the website but not yet via the app. But meanwhile you can use the app to manage your private subscriptions.

How the registration proceeds will depend on the products you want to manage.

Delegate User for landlines and fixed Internet

Keep your customer number at hand as well as the company's e-mail address as this will become your username for MyProximus.

  1. Start the registration by clicking the button below.

  2. Choose a password and fill in the other information.
  3. Click "I want to manage my fixed products" and provide your customer number, bill date and activation code.
  4. Then choose the applications you want to access and confirm.
  5. Your Digital Access Owner will receive an e-mail to approve your registration. This must be done within 14 days.
  6. After the approval, you will receive an e-mail to "Confirm your MyProximus login". Click the link in this e-mail. Enter your password. The MyProximus welcome screen for a Delegate User will appear.

If this applicable to and possible for you, you will receive an e-mail to use the same Delegate User account to manage the mobile numbers and mobile Internet.

Delegate User for mobile numbers and mobile Internet
  1. Ask your Digital Access Owner to log in to MyProximus.
  2. The Digital Access Owner can create a Delegate User account in the User Management part.
  3. For this, the Digital Access Owner needs your name, e-mail address, and mobile number. Your e-mail address will become your username.
  4. Once the Digital Access Owner has created your account, you will receive an e-mail to "Confirm your MyProximus login". Click the link in this e-mail. Choose your own password. The MyProximus welcome screen for a Delegate User will appear.

If applicable to and possible for you, you will receive an e-mail to use the same account as a Delegate User to manage the landlines and fixed Internet.

Changes on your company mobile phone?

Do you want to change settings on your company mobile such as voicemail, roaming settings or additional data? When it comes to company mobile phones, you cannot do this yourself in MyProximus. Therefore, contact the Digital Access Owner or your company's mobile phone fleet manager, who can do this in MyProximus.
