Designate a SPOC for your organization in order to access My Business in MyProximus Mobile. Does your company already have a SPOC? Then request access from your SPOC to access specific applications in MyProximus Mobile - My Business.
To register your organization and obtain access to your company's account via My Business, you must designate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC). This SPOC is the legal point of contact for your organization's MyProximus Mobile platform. This person manages the MyProximus Mobile platform access requests for your organization.

If your organization has a SPOC, contact that person to request access to the applications in MyProximus Mobile - My Business.
Follow these steps to access My Personal Mobile to manage your personal number:

3. Click on the link Send my activation code. If you cannot receive text messages on your device, you must enter your PUK code. Click on the link I cannot receive text messages on my device
4. Once you have entered the code, you will receive a confirmation message stating that we have sent you an e-mail to confirm your e-mail address
5. To complete your subscription, you will receive an e-mail with a link you must click in onder to confirm
You will automatically be directed to the login page where your login has already been filled in. Log in by entering your password and clicking on ‘Log in’. You are now registered and have access to MyProximus Mobile, 24/7 in Belgium and abroad.
