MyAnalytics: Reporting and Privacy

Gain an insight into your customer profiles with the Big Data tool Proximus MyAnalytics. How do you request a report? Is privacy guaranteed?


How do you request a report? When do you receive it?

  1. Log in to MyAnalytics with your e-mail address and password.
    Don’t have an account yet? Register here.
  2. Select the data you want to receive in the report.
    Want more specific data than the standard parameters? Contact us via myanalytics@proximus.com.
  3. Click the order button. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

The delivery time for standard reports is 1 to 2 working days, and longer for larger regions and custom work. If you haven't received your report after the agreed delivery time, contact us via myanalytics@proximus.com.


Proximus fully respects the privacy of its customers and of your existing and potential customers. All data in the reports is anonymized and aggregated. Moreover, we only draw up reports if there are at least 30 people active in a region. However, your report is still representative. Although Proximus only tallies its own customers, your report still applies to the entire region. We extrapolate our figures taking into account the activity level of observed users, the Proximus market share, the GSM penetration rate, and the number of inhabitants in Belgium.

Proximus end users who do not want their data to be used in a report – even anonymously – can indicate this in the following way.

  1. Log in to MyProximus.
  2. Go to The use of my data.
  3. Deselect Mobile traffic.
