Before March 15, 2019 you need to adapt your iPhone or iPad settings to continue to receive your e-mails on your mobile device. We are doing an update of the Proximus Mail system to better protect your online privacy.
This is only applicable if your e-mail account is set up as a POP account: you can check this in step 4. If your e-mail account is set up as an IMAP account, you do not need to make any changes. If you are receiving e-mails on different devices or you have more than one e-mail account, please check on each device for every e-mail account if it is set up correctly.
