Block calls

  • Block all outgoing national or international calls
  • Block all incoming national or international calls
  • Allow calls to pre-programmed numbers only

Subsequently (de)activate the blocking with your mobile phone at any time via dedicated codes.

All incoming calls

All incoming calls when you are outside Belgium

Check whether or not a particular type is activated: #blocking code*0000#

Change the blocking type: **03*330*old code*new code again#

Do you want to configure your mobile so that it only allows calls to be made to a set of preprogrammed numbers? For this option you must reprogram your SIM card.

Transfer calls

  • Transfer calls to another fixed or mobile phone number
  • Transfer all calls, or only those when you are on a call, not answering or unavailable

Subsequently (de)activate the transfer of calls at any time via dedicated codes.

The first three options are activated by default upon signing the contract, with calls being forwarded to your voice mail.

Voice mail

  • Divert calls to your voice mail, even abroad
  • Choose which calls should be diverted to your voice mail
  • Call the voice mail of a correspondent directly: form the number 1932 and follow the instructions
  • Receive a SMS when you have a new message on your voice mail
  • Type the free number 1969 to listen to your message

The first 3 options are activated by default.

2 simultaneous calls

  • Receive a signal when a second call arrives
  • Choose to take the second call or not

Activate this option (ProxiComfort) via MyProximusNew window.

Ignore the second call

The second caller will be passed to your voice mail

Finish the first call and take the second call

Type 1 and press Send

Put the first call on hold and switch to the second call

Type 2 and press Send

Put a call on hold and start a second call yourself.

Type 2 and press Send
