Depending on the composition of your current pack, you will be able to order directly via the web or be invited to fill in a webform so that one of our agents contact you as soon as possible to finalize your order.
  3. At the same time, make sure you don't forget to write your letter of termination, to your current operator.
  4. As soon as our technician has visited you to install your fiber connection point and activate your products, you can start to enjoy all the advantages linked to your Business Flex Fiber. From that moment on, you'll also have the opportunity to log in to MyProximus to view all your products and options.

Yes, connection to the network and the installation of fiber are free of charge, with any activation of a Fiber Pack. In industrial zones, connection is also included for up to a maximum installation fee of €1.550 excl. VAT per customer. An estimate will be drawn up for any amount over €1.550 and you will be free to accept it or not.

During the product configuration, you can choose the installation date yourself. The installation date depends on your selected products, the products you already have and the availability of our technicians. Expect and average waiting time of about 14 calendar days.

Prime

This service is only available to Business Flex customers via the MyProximus app. Companies with more than 10 employees cannot use Prime but can call on an account manager.

Guaranteed repair of internet, telephone line and TV on the day if you call before 5 p.m. on a working day or before 1 p.m. on a Saturday. If the recovery cannot be arranged within the specified period, we will temporarily restore them via the 3G/4G network. Guaranteed recovery of the telephone line: only valid for the Phone Line, ISDN-2 Standard or TWIN line. Call diversion: excluding marketing or special numbers. Billing according to the customer's tariff plan.

  • Business Mobile Flex + and unlimited data: you have 15 GB in Belgium and the EU* to surf at maximum speed in 4G/4G+. Once your volume has been used up, you can continue to surf unlimited at reduced speed (maximum 128 Kbps).
  • Business Mobile Unlimited Light & Unlimited data: You have 25 GB in Belgium and within the EU* for surfing at maximum 4G/4G+ speed. Once your GBs are used up, you can continue surfing without limit at a reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps).
  • Business Mobile Unlimited 5G & Unlimited data: You have 45 GB in Belgium and within the EU* for surfing at maximum 4G/4G+ & 5G speed. Once your GBs are used up, you can continue surfing without limit at a reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps).   • Business Mobile Premium 5G:  In Belgium you can surf unlimited with the maximum speed via our 4G, 4G+ and 5G networks. The 5G network is only accessible in specific zones in Belgium with a 5G-compatible device: more info on www-itt.proximus.be/5G.  In the rest of the EU you have 50 GB/month at your disposal: after that you can continue surfing unlimitedly at € 0.0030/MB. Receive monthly 1 GB of mobile data for use in the United States, Canada and Switzerland and 1000 call minutes and 1000 text messages from the EU to these countries and vice versa, or between these three countries. The bundle is also valid for calls received in these three countries as well as calls and SMS from Belgium to other EU countries and Switzerland, Canada & USA. Once the units in the bundle are used up, the calls, SMS messages and the use of mobile data are billed at the price of the current Bizz Mobile subscriptions.
  • The customer can include up to 10 mobile phones in the pack with the same advantages.

Internet (data): if the customer surfing at reduced speed wants to continue surfing at maximum speed, it is possible to purchase a data boost option via MyProximus.

Bizz Internet Guarantee: To benefit from this extra guarantee, you need a Business Flex as a professional customer. The operation of the product depends on the 4G coverage and the placement of the modem in the building. If you want an installation by a technician, this must be requested at the time of ordering and will be invoiced (€70) For new Internet customers, this installation is included in the free installation by a technician. Not compatible with a fixed IP and with Fiber

Protection measure: in order to avoid unexpectedly high bills, the customer's mobile Internet usage is blocked if he uses €60 more data than the amount provided in his bundle. If the customer so wishes, he can reactivate his usage via the MyProximus app or by contacting customer service. 

Validity:

  • Your tariff plan is valid in Belgium and while traveling within the EU*, except for special numbers (voting, 0900, etc.). Calls are billed per second from the 61st second onwards.

* EU = Countries of the European Union + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
 

TV & entertainment:

Pickx app for TV customers with a MyProximus account, for use in Belgium via Proximus Internet (fixed and mobile). TV guide accessible to all Internet users. TV customers also have access to TV content with the exception of Partner offers via the Proximus Pickx app and proximuspickx.be with a MyProximus account. The TV content in the video is for illustrative and educational purposes only.
If the customer has a mobile subscription, an additional mobile data volume of 5 GB is provided for the Proximus Pickx app. If the customer has reached the limit of his mobile data bundle, the reduced surfing speed will also apply to the mobile data of the Pickx app.

TV bundle: choice (you can change 2 times/year) from a list selected by Proximus. Changes to the offer will be notified 2 months in advance. Netflix: Service offered by Netflix International B.V.. Proximus offers a technically simplified access to Netflix via the decoder. Follow the instructions on www.proximus.be/iwantnetflix to activate your Netflix streaming subscription or to link your existing account. The general conditions of Netflix apply: www.netflix.com/termsofuse The price of the Netflix subscription is mentioned on the Proximus bill. The Standard TV bundle includes a subscription for 2 screens. On request: 4 screens (extra €3,31 VAT excl /month). Proximus reserves the right to prolong the offer. The Netflix service and all content viewed through the service is for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the service for public screenings.

TV Replay: TV Replay is free for all existing TV customers who opt for a Flex pack. The availability of programs and TV Replay depends on the television channels and the permissions they have or don't have to operate the program in question. Also available on computer, tablet and smartphone via the Pickx app. The list of channels available in TV Replay on TV and the Pickx app, along with the special terms and conditions, can be read on www.proximus.be/tvreplay.
 

Fixed Internet 

Unlimited data volume: personal and normal use, see the General Terms and Conditions. After using 3 TB, your speed will be limited to the end of the month, unless you activate your free 300 GB extra volume via MyProximus. More information: www.proximus.be/internetpolicy

Fixed Internet speed: the indicated maximum speed is a theoretical speed. In practice, it cannot be reached by all customers. The download speed at home depends mainly on the distance between the connection point and the exchange, the availability of the technology, the computer installation and the internal cabling and, in exceptional cases, on general use. These factors must be optimal to enable you to surf at the maximum speed. If you use Wi-Fi, your surfing speed can also be lower. Wi-Fi Booster: the customer is entitled to a free Wi-Fi Booster in his Flex pack (with landline). Use in Belgium. One per customer on request or on the initiative of the technician.
 

Landline telephony

Unlimited calls: only for normal and personal use and in accordance with Proximus' General Terms and Conditions.

Unlimited calls nationally: unlimited landline-to-landline calls (voice telephony) in Belgium around the clock. 10,000 call minutes for landline calls (voice telephony) to all mobile numbers in Belgium 24/7; after these 10,000 call minutes the customer calls at preferential rates. NB: these conditions do not apply to special numbers (070, 077, 09xx, 1xxx) and Internet numbers.

"Free calls international" option: 2000 minutes/month of free calls during off-peak hours (between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.) and during weekends, for international calls from your landline to landline and mobile numbers (excluding mobile numbers in Morocco and Turkey) of the following destinations: Andorra, Austria Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, United States, Canada and landlines in Morocco and Turkey, from the telephone number given by the customer at the time of subscription, excluding 64k data connections on ISDN lines, special and premium-rate numbers (non-geographic numbers such as 070x, 09xx, 1xxx, etc.) View the out-of-bundle rates via this price list.
